CompSec Announces New, Expanded Roles for Executive Personnel
CompSec has recently announced two executive-level promotions that reflect the company’s growth and commitment to its customers and client vendors. The executives are Chad Wagner and Cabot Davis who are taking on the roles of President and Vice President, respectively, and Jack Cayere who has been appointed to the role of Comptroller. Karen Azoff, the founder and CEO of CompSec, retains her title and position as CEO and thought leader in the company. “The CompSec of today is not the same as the CompSec of yesterday. We have always focused on helping our customers accomplish their mission and feel that we have been very successful at doing this for the past 15 years. However, as the mission continues to broaden and evolve, CompSec is renewing our commitment to grow and expand in order for us to continue to meet the needs of our customers with the same level of service that has made CompSec a successful mission partner”. Along with growth in the management tier, CompSec has added several new strategic personnel to help support customers in obtaining leading-edge technology and select vendors navigate the government procurement process. CompSec has more than doubled its personnel in the past year and will continue to hire strategically going forward. The executives promoted hold these titles and responsibilities:
▪ Chad Wagner, President. Previously Vice President, Chad has successfully directed CompSec’s daily operations for nearly two years. As president, he will retain business direction and client growth as well as work more closely with key customers within the government to align the goals and direction of CompSec with their needs and perceived direction.
▪ Cabot Davis, Vice President, Partner Manager. Adding Vice President responsibilities to his partner manager duties, Cabot will assume internal management of personnel and infrastructure growth and stabilization as the company expands. Cabot will continue to maintain his Partner Manager title and work with client vendors and business partners in the community.
▪ Jack Cayere, Comptroller. Jack has been with CompSec since its inception, and has largely remained the man behind the scenes. However, his role in the financial and accounting stability of the company cannot be downplayed. CompSec continues to push the boundaries of procurement and acquisition methodologies that work in the ever-changing government climate, and Jack continues to assure accuracy and auditability at all times. Founded in 1997, CompSec is a woman-owned small business that has established the highest levels of customer service and support in the identification and acquisition of leading technology software, hardware, and solution support.
